Growth is painful, change is painful but nothing is as painful as staying somewhere that you don’t belong
Philosophy
Coaching is a very powerful way to achieve your goals. It offers an opportunity to focus on you and work through any issues that you or your organisation feel need to be addressed – it may be confidence, self esteem, imposter syndrome ( which we are seeing more and more of), leadership techniques. I work with you to establish your goals and then systematically support you to reach them. I will encourage you to think outside of the box, look at the art of the possible and reflect on areas that need to be developed. I firmly believe that everyone has talent and there is always a solution – sometimes we may have to squirm a bit but that is ok too.
Benefits of coaching include;
Focussed time to reflect and challenge yourself, increased capability and confidence, clearer direction, improved wellbeing and resilience.
