I increasingly encounter clients who, despite their capabilities, struggle with their inner dialogue. On the surface, they appear to be supremely talented, operating at a senior level, and presenting a calm and collected demeanor. However, they often feel exhausted, anxious, and filled with self-doubt.

This diagram resonated with me because it illustrates the reality for some individuals, regardless of how competent or in control they seem.

Regardless of the cause, it’s essential to change the narrative. Coaching can be a valuable way to address these issues. Working with someone you trust, taking the time to explore your limiting beliefs, and developing strategies to overcome them can be truly transformative.
